These Terms govern your use of RelayPoint USA ("the service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your users, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for your organization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including sending unlawful or unsolicited email, uploading malicious content, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access. Email you send must comply with applicable anti-spam laws.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you process.

Trials & billing

Free trials are provided as-is for evaluation. Paid plans are billed per the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability & warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelayPoint is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
